100% agree with the Winter’s Shroud stuff. It either needs a 2nd fragment or add an additional effect like “defeating slowed enemies improves reload speed and mobility for a short time”. Glacial Harvest and Grim Harvest both need buffs. Stasis crystals feel generally weak across the board when you need enemies for them to work. Titans are okay as they just need to punch a Crystal for it to work, while warlocks need to freeze an enemy and hunters need to kill a slowed or frozen enemy. Ionic traces work really well and kinda power-crept stasis shards out of the game… Don’t know how to buff them though. Bleak Watcher is strong and gives 2 fragment slots, but it has one of the harshest penalties for an ability in the game. No matter what Grenade you choose, it’s recharge rate is going to be that of a glacier Grenade - the 2nd slowest charging Grenade in the game. Unlike usual glacier grenades, you can’t speed it up by shattering stasis crystals. This leaves you needing to build very heavily into grenades to even make the cooldown manageable. Osmiomancy can help as having a 2nd grenade by default makes it easier to keep 1 always charging. If they were to nerf the fragment slots, this penalty would have to be reduced by a good margin.

  • I think if you run Osmiomancy it's with Bleak Watcher in mind (PvE wise) and I've seen multiple times where a whole room is filled up with these turrets because of the Osmiomancy. (completely nullifies GM content) I don't really think making it worth 1 fragment would mean to much even with the glacier cooldown. That said I would only agree to this change if they added 3 fragments to Glacial Harvest to allow the Warlocks to use 5 fragments. While I don't main or play Warlock I still think its a shame they can't run 5 fragments when the Hunter and Titans can. Also glad to see you agree with Winter's shroud. I do like the idea to add an additional perk to it instead of giving it 2 fragments I would be down for either. Imo if it should have an extra perk it should give you ability energy depending on how many you slowed. so if you slowed 1 you would get 10% Class/Grenade/Melee energy back. and if you slowed 2 you would get 20% back. That said I think it should cap at 3 enemies meaning 30% energy refunded. This change would definitely justify the 1 fragment slot it has and would fit perfectly with how offensive the Stasis Hunter can be.
