Mobility may as well be renamed Hunter dodge ability. It can be totally ignored by Warlocks and Titans. Yes, mobility increases the height of your initial jump, but this is irrelevant to Titans and Warlocks since they get the most height from double tapping the jump button. The height of their initial jump has no effect. Warlocks/Titans: Ignore Mob, build into res and rec get class ability free. Hunters: Build into class ability at the cost of res and rec. I think mob should affect sprint speed. That way each class could build into their class's ability and gain the benefit or build out of class and sacrifice ability. There is no reason right now for Warlock/Titan to take mobility, so they can put all their stats into the only two stats that matter.

 • Warlocks and Titans actually build out of mobility on purpose. The lower jump height makes your skating way faster
Warlocks and Titans actually build out of mobility on purpose. So 'tanking' mobility not only lets you build into rec and res but... also increases your mobility(faster skate) Seems like a good argument for mobility increasing sprint speed, to me

 • For pvp mobility effects your strafe speed so it’s not useless at all, speak for yourself please

 • You're absolutely right, I can only speak for myself. As a mainly PvE player I hope you could see how I might overlook something that is important to PvP players. This is why I like these forums, because you get different perspectives and if one is willing to be open minded one may see something from a different perspective, and even change their mind. In the interest of learning, could I ask your opinion? 1)What would be the pros and cons of having mobility affect sprint speed as well as strafe speed? For it? Against it? 2)Typically, what top bucket stats(mob, res, rec) do you run for each class? Thank you. Peace

 • There is a set cap on Mob, Res, and Rec, and most players regard Resiliance and Recovery as more valuable than additional strafe speed.

 • Anything over 60% res is a waste, the flinch reduction isn’t worth giving up strafe speed which is a key fundamental to any pvp player. Make your shots sticky and your head harder to hit. I like mobility thx. I also blink so I love it

 • That's not necessarily true. You do move faster when holding stuff like bombs, relics, etc. When I do DSC, I have a mobility build if I gotta run bombs in 3rd/4th encounter.

 • IF you are carrying something. OK, fine, you got a point. How often does that actually happen? I see the three most important stats being 1) Resilience 2) Recovery 3) Stat that governs class ability With the Warlock/Titan it is possible to get 100 in all three. With Hunter it is impossible.

 • Lol I didn't say it was something that happened a lot, just that it does happen so it's not 100% useless.

 • You bring up a good point, I would just like to see mobility apply to a wider range of situations. I wasn't trying to belittle your point, sorry if it came off that way Peace✌️

 • I think mobility is dangerous. We saw how dominant stompees were (and still kinda are). Speed = dominance if it's not done right. Not sure what to use it for.

 • I take your point, but doesn't each class have an increase sprint speed Exotic?

 • Yes, it's also part of the arc subclass for everyone. But stompees also add slide and jump. It's by far the best mobility exotic.
