I pre-ordered Lightfall a few days ago and was able to collect most of the items, except for Quicksilver, Rahool isn't giving me the option to claim it. I received my email confirmation that says "Thank you for pre-ordering Destiny 2:Lightfall + annual pass..." and it's my understanding that you only get instant access to that gun if you pre-order the annual pass, so why can't I get access to it?
