Too many to list.
Deliberately sabotaging soloplaying and matchmaking purely in order to mandate premade fireteams and so maximize friend referrals. Much damage follows from that one alone including:
- Abysmal drop rates from the highest difficulty matchmade NFs
- Barring Adept & Timelost loot
- Not scaling to player numbers in Dungeons, nor 1 - 3 player activities
But of course the damages they've done by mishandling all three of the Warlock Light reworks is also up there.

The warlock if they don't do strand correctly I will probably leave the game 4 weeks after its release if they don't buff it if its bad.

I may not even buy it at all. (And coming from me, that's saying something) If they're unwilling to rectify at minimum some key pieces of Solar and Arc and restore a minimum level of parity before February then I won't trust the future either. At some point you have to think it not worthy if your time and money. We'll see.

That's a good point, if they don't fix this now will they ever fix something in the same category later. If strand ends up broken. They will probably nerf it into the ground sooner and harder then everyone else and leave it like arc and solar. That will sad if they do :(

They did that with Stasis - the boom and bust strategy they've done to death. Then they followed that with Void which was a big NERF to Devour along with giving it away. You can make the case that Child OTOG rectified some of the one-way giveaways. But then Solar and then Arc followed with more nerfs and more one-way "democratization". I thought, well if Arc 3.0 at least swings it back round to be Warlock -strong it might offset the previous. Yet it was the opposite, it made it even worse. They've had their opportunities galore. Strand of itself will assuredly be interesting and new (unlike Warlock's Light 3.0s) but there's too much left undone and the track record of what will happen is abysmal.

I agree with that fully, I swear if they boom and bust again with strand I'm going to leave, and more fed-up warlocks from light 3.0 will probably follow. And may enter a new Curse of Osiris player drought like before. May that is.
