The stupid thing is.
The stasis titan slide melee that forms crystals does freeze and glacier doesnt freeze.
What is the difference in the crystals?

That and hoarfrost can both freeze, you just need to be really close and accurate so maybe something like that would work. But honestly, the main problem is shatterdive. The shatterdive combo is so fast it basically leaves no counterplay from quite a big distance so it would propably be better to just avoid the problem.

Either all crystals should freeze or no crystals should freeze. Otherwise its 100% biased. Alternatively. Make each crystal do 33 slow so you need 3 crystals near an enemy to slow them.

For consistency thing I agree, freezing would be the better option in my opinion. Otherwise the whole behemoth kit which focuses on shatter would be worse. Thinking of balance however... Light 3.0 has given us plenty of amazing abilities and ways to combo abilities together so maybe freezing glacier wouldn't be that broken. It's one of the longest cooldown grenades we have with limited area of effect (I mean, the new storm grenade for titans just follows you around). Titan void aspect bastion increases the cooldown of your barricade to same that of rift so maybe equipping shatterdive would increase the cooldown of glacier grenade? At least this would allow the consistency of crystals and the strong combo of shatterdive glacier in more limited amount.

It'd make Shatterdive relevant + not break it to oblivion. People would still be peeved though that it could one shot but glacier grenades and by extension Behemoth's are in a rough spot imo. Also give Cryoclasm 2 slots lol

Edited by N7-Replicator: 9/29/2022 10:37:18 PMThanks, while dying to shatterdive would still annoy, of course, but at least it would be an option instead of "never use that" and with lessened frequency it wouldn't be the case of who throws it first wins the trials round etc. Behemoth with cryoclasm is very effective since you get infinite super slides with it during your super, the sad part is that without it the super feels really clunky and slow making cryoclasm almost a must. In neutral game you can definitely play without it with whisper of rending, gl:s and diamond lance. Even the added speed in neutral game isn't that good in my opinion since arc 3.0. Maybe 2 slots would be too much for it as it is now so maybe make it use a small amount of your super energy although this should most likely already be the case. Dawnblades dash in super at least used to spend super energy, don't know if thats still the case.
