If you’re talking about people joining clans just to loot the vault then there is a simple solution, clan leaders have the ability to give certain members access to the clan vault. That’s how that can’t be prevented. I’ve noticed that feature in ESO

Easy people would starting making websites and groups where you pay for god rolls and knowing bungie this would probably become bannable which would cause an outrage
