It’s an endgame activity. It’s supposed to be a challenging. It’s supposed to show you can adapt with anything. Not everyone can do it. It’s okay.
But holy the satisfaction of actually beating it is just…mmmmmm
Also you can be 1591 and they aren’t swords anymore!
Also having a build and a team willing to run aeos and what not make it easier. It’s a challenge. It’s end game. It’s what we are lacking in this game

What is challenging about being told what weapon to use?
-
I finally beat the master totems challenge earlier and my god was it satisfying

MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS DUDE!!!! So exciting to hear! It is a rush after the 3rd Oger phase

Gotta admit though champs being bugged doesn't help like I said to another guardian unstoppable that say staggered even makes noise that you staggered them but they keep running at you anyway which happens alot or overload grenade that if used with storm grenade actually stuns and then unstuns overloads Difficulty is fine harder modes fine light level time gateing not fine

I don't think shoving champions in every encounter with even more health unless you hit an arbitrary exp threshold is challenging though so much as boring and heavily restrictive. You have to run specific armor, weapons and subclasses with little wiggle room. If you're a warlock you have to run well because none of the other supers will even kill a champion and you still need survivability. More people are starting to hate running well just because its a must. We want to run other things but Well of Radiance is continuously made necessary because Bungie boxed themselves in.

Master should be really hard, but it doesn’t need champions. What if each of those champions was a Lightbearer Knight instead? Would it have been any easier, because it definitely would be more fun.

Missed opportunity to throw in Hive Lightbearers
-
Make oryx a light bearer and the only way to grab the ghost is with thundercrash or a well executed shatter skate

I'm down for it lol Kinda like when we try to grab and crush Ummaru (sp?), Savathûn's ghost.
