Just to prevent a copy/paste response if/when a bungie employee actually does respond.

I have the same problem, nothing helped so far from the "solutions", tried out all. Can't believe that nobody from Bungie can response... Can't get to Xur, can't do trials, and the weekend is over. It's pretty annoying to be honest.

Edited by Silphy: 9/25/2022 7:32:10 PMIt's unfortunate timing, but because it [i]is[/i] the weekend, the coding team is probably unavailable until like 12 hours from now when the work week starts. I agree it would be nice to have someone with a tag respond "I forwarded this, they'll have a look" or something though... Because some of them did respond in other topics and thus are active in the weekend.

Yes, we definitely have to wait. But still I feel myself scammed via Bungie, because that's no customer support. I pay hard money for their -blam!- and then simply can't play... no crappy error codes, no crash logs, nothing. The game simply quits, and they ignore that issue. This is bullshit.
