Exotic cypher
This has happened multiple times. I grinded to finish the xeno quest from xur for the exotic cypher and when I went to the exotic archive to pick up a gun, it wasn't there. Is there a reason why my cipher keeps disappearing. I didn't have an extra one on any of my characters, I checked my post and it's not there or full. I honestly don't know what's wrong. I wasn't upset the 1st time because I figured I did something but this tume, I know for sure it's not me. Can I please get this fixed and get my cipher back.

If you turn in quest with a full consumables inventory, then you won’t get cipher & its lost and won’t be returned. So make sure you have space in inventory next time when turning quest in to xur.
