Thats the quest version, not the full version. You would've had a quest back before beyond light to upgrade that to have 2 shots + perks.
The only way to reobtain acrius is to buy the spoils version now.

That honestly sucks tbh. More weird things that happen due to vaulting content. appreciate the reply though I never finished the quest but assumed when the quest disappeared from my quest log one day they'd implement a system that still let you use the gun in some other way ig I thought wrong it is bungie after all.
