Before you even press the button to load up a PvP match you know what the match "could" be like. Taking that into account you should decide beforehand if you're capable of handling what the outcome might be. If you think you can't cope, then I'd suggest doing everyone a favour and not loading into the game in the first place. Yes, the game mode is flawed. Yes it's in desperate need of attention, redesign, rewards, ect. Not one problem with it tho changes the fact that you know beforehand.
