Hello! I had a similar problem with xur, and the only thing that was able to fix it was re-claiming a quest i had deleted in the past, and then continuing that quest. It seems as though for some reason sometimes deleting a quest can make the quest giver think you still have it (or it will try to give it to you again, to no success because it is in your deleted quests tab.) [b][i]You can re-claim quests at any time by the little kiosk to the left of the postmaster and eververse.[/i][/b]
