I’m at Ishtar Collective a lot. From the Unveiling it seems The Gardener chose to protect Life, maybe even “Humanoids” but Life none the less. While The Witness chose Death and sometimes downright The Vex through his descriptions. Saying the game itself can’t be decided but they will be the final thing that inhabits the universe. I also like the part where he jokes about Oryx just being a useful idiot that blindly follows him.
