A fun rework:
- Add the charge time/scope swap as a “hold (reload)” function.
- Make the blinding effect be an AoE on precision hits/kills.
- Give it a damage perk (Firing Line or “Deals increased precision damage to arc-debuffed targets”)
Or you know… just make it a special weapon…
