accidentally nerfed restoration timer on solar subclasses
titan loreley was nerfed to x1
but there's no mention about the timer.
the duration of restoration with the fragment equipped is now only 8 seconds
previously it was 12 seconds.
also it's the same with healing grenades, they are also shorter now.
