I assure you a weapon helps but the aspects are very bad, voltsgot is the only thing that probably save it. But again it's supers are horrible, it's new melee is a death sentence in endgame pve, arc souls do little to no damage unless something is jolted maybe, ionic traces spam is good for lower level stuff but in high end content where you can't kill everything with one ability along with arc web being gone it doesn't matter. Ionic trace spam is severely toned down in endgame pve as it's hard to do when everything can tank a melee and grenade. The sunstar helmet is the only thing keeping it mediocre not trash in endgame pve.

Endgame you'd want to build into blinding, most likely. But outside of that, Crown is hilariously busted as its no longer just grenade/charged melee/super that procs your conduction tines... its Jolt final blows too, which a Voltshot gun will give you in heaps. I've not had this degree of uptime on Tines outside of Arc Singe/Grenadier nightfalls. Its genuinely stupid.
