Could nerf ammo capacity and require a constant beam instead of tapping the trigger making you both run out of ammo and reload more often.

You can just have special finishers for ammo and a hunter dodge or anything really that just reloads instantly

Reduce magazine size and require constant stream, currently 200 clip size(rounded up), cut it in half.
