Have had this issue all season long as well. Weirdly enough I'll be able to play for random periods during the day, but when I want to get on later in the day, or at night, is when I experience bulk of the issues. No clue what could be causing it. I play other games relatively fine, but this one has had an abundance of issues since the season started. Unfortunately, as much as I have looked into it, it seems a small handful of individuals are experiencing this issue. Hopefully something is discovered and a fix is made, but until then I am essentially locked out of enjoying late-night gaming on D2. Honestly, I could chalk it up to my internet speed, but I've never had this issue before in previous seasons.

I'm having the exact same issue, especially with the timings, I've tried everything including a reinstall, so I really don't know any fix, the only thing I can think of is my internet, which like you I've never had issues with previously.

This is looking like a very uncommon issue. I think if the TWAB doesnt have anything in it i might respond to DMG and the community liasons to get some attention on this issues. I am gonna uninstall tonight and then reinstall and see if that works tonight and i will update this thread
