If your name was Guardian'd by the automated system that went into effect when the Bungie Name system went live, you can do so from your settings.
If you have already used your one-time name change and your subsequent name was then Guardian'd, then you'll have to wait until Bungie chooses to grant another option at a name change. Bungie has not announced plans for another name change yet.

If Bungie manually changed your name, then it was deemed to be against their rules. Unfortunately, regardless of how you feel your name might or might not break the rules, the decision on that is Bungie's. If you'd like to request a change to the system, you should post in the Destiny 2 - Feedback forum.
