DLC licensing is managed by the platform, not by Bungie. If you have lost access to any of the DLC that you purchased or your digital store is asking you to purchase it again, an issue may have occurred with your transaction with your platform. Please contact XBOX Support for further assistance on this issue, as they would be able to provide details regarding the issue with the transaction. You can retrieve the order number and any additional information in your Microsoft account's purchase history. Please visit Microsoft.com and log in using your XBOX account's login information. When you log in, please click on your profile picture in the upper right, then click on My Microsoft Account. In the new window, click on Payment and Billing, then Order History. Once your order history loads, scroll down until you find the purchase, then copy that order number. You will need to provide this to the support staff so they can review the transaction. Please note that, for a time, all DLC was available on XBOX Game Pass. That has since expired. If you were using Game Pass at the time and was using this to access the DLC, you will need to purchase the DLC to continue progress or accessing the content related to the DLC.
