No. No mean to offend, but it would be the worst masterwork. All of this can be done with a mod, that you can chose to use

That may be. But imagine using a mod + magazine masterwork + perks like Overflow/Ambitious Assassin. Just because YOU feel like it would be useless, doesn't mean it is useless.

Never said it would be useless, but it you have outlaw, it just negates the entire point of it. I almost never have outlaw active on the last couple shots. Ambitious assassin could be good, but still so niche that it wouldn’t be used much

If it is a damage perk that is refreshed on kills (swashbuckler, adrenaline junky, rampage) a big mag is super useful. For example my Yesteryear I got today. 45 rounds, AA and Rampage. I can get up to 114 rounds with enough kills. 114 rounds I can then use effectively after a few kills. And for stuff like Machine guns, AA + Mag Masterwork would allow you more easily to crack open the 100+ rounds range of mag improvements.

Yeah, but my Commemoration with reconstruction and rampage does the same thing, but up to 150 rounds without needing to have it out. Overflow is almost the same thing. Yeah, having it is neat, but there are things more effective at half the cost

Commemoration is a Raid Weapon. Not everyone is going to play that gun. Overflow requires to you to find ammo in the first place.

Those are just examples. Besides, they are not super hard to obtain, and are way better options. I understand what you want and see what you are saying and what you want, but not every idea can work
