Ok but how do I know that then I'm just supposed to trust my life in bungies hands without seeing a result? This person threatened to kill my whole family, says he knows hackers that can find me and he will brutally murder my entire family and I'm supposed to trust that it will be resolved? I need to see something showing this person was apprehended or what I just look over my shoulder everyday because of your game? If anything happens to my family and nobody gets back to me about this I will hold Bungie personally responsible, I am also contacting my local police and filing a report.

The chances is that was a kid just spewing BS. Bungie won't tell you what happened nor will they call the police for you. If you feel that threatened call the police.

I have contacted the police but because it's on the internet they said they cannot contact anyone about it. Also I don't care who it was that did it I want them found and arrested threatening my life is one thing but my kids and my families lives is different and let's see Bungie just got threats online for their own employees and are willing to do whatever they can for them but one of their players since they first launched till now and they can't make sure something is taken care of for a death threat from someone nobody knows who they are or what they are capable of? That's ridiculous.. this is why people get killed and after the fact they figure out there was a way of preventing this stuff from happening.

As a father myself I get where you are coming from. However you did pretty much all you can do. You reported it to Bungie and filed a police report. Unfortunately that's really all you can do.
