Hi there!
Please try disabling the Shader Cache in the nVidia Control Panel. Under Manage 3D Settings, scroll down until you see Shader Cache Size. Then, set that to Disabled.
Then, try again.

Thank you for the quick reply. I attempted your suggestion. I believe I disabled the correct setting, restarted my machine and relaunched the game but still same exact problem. I have attached a screenshot of the Invidia control panel options with Shader set to disabled.
