Missing truth goes both ways quest
I have completed “the ghosts” mission and have a rank of 36 with finch yet I can’t get “truth goes both ways quest” for likely suspect. I spoke to finch but he doesn’t have the quest and I know I have completed it as I don’t have the weapon pattern and can never get it to drop.
