I mean everyone is being negative twords this man and I understand that somewhat cause nobody just wants to be -blam!- on for another's pleasure, but the problem now is how the hell is -blam!- players like me supposed to get better at pvp. You will never adjust or think about how you should take a fight or learn if all you face is a guy running in a straight line with a shotgun.
The problem is nowadays people don't want to try to get better they just want to run a weapon that is easy and see big numbers. And it goes both ways the high skill players are so worried about their stupid kd that they sweat on each other.
How much you wanna bet if they added sbmm without telling people half wouldn't of even noticed enough to start running sweaty loadouts 🤷

You can still improve with SBMM active, but now it can be done at your own pace without all the top players breathing down your neck.

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with that information

Here's the thing the top players aren't in every one of your games, and they are not always using meta weapons. With sbmm everyone is using meta weapons because they are still getting -blam!- on by players in their skill lvl. So no matter what skill your at it will always be people running like 3 witherhorn, fusion rifles and things like that. You can look up my stats if you want I'm not super good at pvp I'm just saying there's a lot more bad then good with sbmm we been through this before with the beginning of d2, guess what it got removed because after awhile everyone hated it 🤷 I'm already seeing people running in groups of 3 around the whole map again

You, however, are clearly aware of the greater, more prevalent underlying problems in PvP. You seem to understand. All of the bad players claim SBMM will "help them improve", but I find that to be complete BS. The players themselves will never change because they never care to improve or learn new tactics or adapt. When your favorite tactic continues to be primarying your shotgun, you're never going to become a better player and no amount of SBMM will help you. The only thing that'll change is maybe you'll get a few more kills handed to you by bad players - kills you never really deserved.
