The run was not count as a solo run but like a run where you have to play the same guardian class in every encounter. Through the hole run I was always alone and I also switched to closed fireteam.
Can someone look at this problem from the bungie support. Because I wasted
all 5 hours for nothing ☹️

Solo runs must be done in one instance. If you leave the dungeon at any point, it no longer counts.

Not true because I have done shattered throne, pit of heresy and grasp of avarice with leaving and it counted. But at this dungeon I didn’t leave.

Solo runs have always required you be there from start to finish without leaving. You can check your dungeon report to see that your clear was from a checkpoint, hence it not counting.

The other runs where also from checkpoints. Every solo run was with a checkpoint in between. As I say dungeon report says that I have done it solo

Dungeon report marks whether or not they are from checkpoints. Again, solo runs do not count if they are from checkpoints. This is common knowledge, I’m not arguing over it.

Yeah and how did I get the solo runs for the other 3 with triumphs as evidence? The biggest evidence is the emblem for shattered throne, and I have done this dungeon with a checkpoint back in the day same as pit. At grasp I had a dc in between and it counted also.

Prior to that bug, it functioned the same as the others. https://gamerant.com/destiny-2-dungeon-solo-triumph-team-bug/ Again, you cannot complete the raid from a checkpoint and receive the triumph. It’s common knowledge.

The bug did not exist in the forsaken season and the runs had been done without using bugs and glitches

The emblem no longer requires a solo run. All other dungeons still function as intended. I have explained it to you. I cannot understand it for you.

My knowledge about the game is very big and it expends every day and I told you that I have done solo runs with triumphs as evidence then it can’t be false. I have never cheesed as solo or a flawless run. Everything has been done before the bugs or after they were fixed. And I also think that you have not read my problem completely. I got and triumph which can’t be done alone in the dungeon.

The only exception to this is the bugged shattered throne triumph. I have explained it to you. I cannot understand it for you.
