Greetings!
Do you have a Heavy GL equipped? Equipping a different heavy weapon should fix your Light Level because the game counts them as 0 Power.
Heavy GLs were disabled recently for doing more damage than intended. [quote]Due to Heavy Grenade Launchers doing more damage than intended, all non-sunset Heavy Grenade Launchers have been disabled, excluding:
- Salvation's Grip
- Parasite

Actually that was the problem! Thank you! Once I moved that into my vault my character went back to the correct light level.

I don’t have any heavy grenade launchers equipped. I have thunderlord in my heavy slot.
