Both solar and void warlock are ridiculously good, void meant that I physically couldn’t die in the day one raid and when contest came off solar allowed me to clear all the enemies in the oryx room all while running my plate and killing ogres. Half of them are good and arc warlock I’ll agree is pretty meh but so is solar Titan and void hunter.

To be fair, Titans feel kind of in a similar case with Solar and Void. Void got overnerfed to the point where it's really not that good anymore, and Solar is only really good with Loreley, it's kinda garbage otherwise. Now, once the Resilience bug is fixed, I'll be able to get a good feel for Arc, but my current impression is that it works. Nothing too flashy, but it's probably got the best Heart of Inmost Light synergy. Arc Hunter is definitely overtuned though. (Although that's fair enough, considering how long Arc Hunters have been garbage for, at least within PvE.) In fact, Arc Titan feels to be a similar case to Solar Warlock, where it's released in a state meant moreso for PvP. And while I can't say much for Solar or Arc, Void Warlock is actually pretty strong. Having on demand debuffs for enemies, and Devour at basically all times is really spicy. I do like Solar Warlock as well, but only because of Dawn Chorus and Skyburner's having pretty nice synergy.
