It’s not just heavy handed. Insurmountable Skullfort just randomly doesn’t proc it perk on melee kills. I was stoked for Titans new melee until I realized how long it takes to recharge without Skull and it’s a 50/50 shot if it does it’s job or not using Thunderclap.

Combination Blow doesn't always recharge your Dodge either like it's supposed to. I think the game is counting some melee kills as Jolt kills and that's messing everything up.

I can see that being the case. Skullfort has had this issue since release. It doesn’t glitch out all the time but it’s enough to break the immersion. I just want to be able to punch things consistently with a dependable way to get my melee back.
