Just went back to Epic Support again, this is what i got after giving them a dozen of screenshots and proof: "Thanks for all that information. It seems that there's a current issue that our team is investigating to clarify about the content being unavailable, as you mentioned the extra content not being available for cross-play." I guess it's a "wait and see" game now..
