Any updates to this issue? I was able to claim armor and armor ornaments. But was unable to claim in umbral or exotic engrams?

Ok so whats happening for me is that when i go into one of the 2 ways i know to claim past rewards (bungie app and bungie.net) it is labeled ast previous season Hunted but its actually showing the unclaimed rewards from the Risen season.
