Last season players had to complete as a community like 2 million or something seasonal activities this season is likely the same

I remember getting my fragments the same day the season came out. Or at least that's what I believe I remember.

Ye it was a glitch it wasn't intended I got 2 early but some people didn't. Bungie's plan was for them to give everyone the fragments when the community hit the goal (Which Bungie didn't give us a tracker for)
