We are getting it back, and warlocks are still going to have a better blink because of the void blink helmet. That, and we literally haven't had blink in years just so that warlocks could claim exclusivity rights. Then they took the hunter shadowstep double dodge (before class abilities) and combined it with the exotic titan chest piece and forced it to become the identity of the top tree solar warlock kit. Top tree dawns spent their entire tenure in D2 as the undisputed fastest class. Not to mention their verticality is cracked like a whip on my back in July. They gut the other classes to give warlocks everything that doesn't belong to them. The recovery class excels at recovery, but they also excel at speed and agility and tanking damage and ability spam. The mobility class isn't even as fast as the recovery class. You're dog water if you think hunters are catered to. Arc hunter is dead last bottom of the barrel of subclasses. Arc warlock has THREE busted trees that all excel in their respective roles. Why do you think its WARLOCK abilities that are being used as inspiration for the new arc verbs? It IS NOT because Bungie hates warlocks. It's because warlocks are consistently the most catered to. The playerbase of warlock mains JUST SUCK AT THEIR OWN CLASS AND RELY ON YOUTUBERS AND STREAMERS FOR BUILDCRAFTING.
