ARC 3.0 Warlock seems to be underwhelming.
Actually read this post before commenting.
based on what I read Arc 3.0 warlock FEELS underwhelming, I do not know and am not claiming it is because it has not dropped. But overall ehh we shall see.

Warlocks were supposed to be ability based class. Yet all they do is give titans and hunters endless ability spam while warlocks have to jump through 2x as many hoops to achieve half the results. I'm glad I didn't get my hopes up with arc after the sh!tshow that was solar.
