My biggest fear is that Bungie will nerf ionic traces when giving it out to everyone. They did the same to Benevolent Dawn, which used to be really powerful but is now useless in order for it to be “balanced”

Its more like devour Warlock will have an easier way to get them with a aspect while the other will need a mod or fragment

Unless I miss it in the twab or blog post cold heart doesn't give ionic trace At the moment the only way to get trace is to get a kill with anything on middle tree warlock

I was messing around with it yesterday, on the perks, "Longest Winter Trait - Periodically generates lonic Traces while in its high-damage state."

Used it the other day. Might be the description was updated, but the perk isn't in effect? I didn't do any actual testing. But you can also see the description through the app.
