The comments on this post are so salty I had to drink water halfway through scrolling.
Yeah, I'm with you, I think itll be fun and I'm eager to try the Lightning Surge out.
But they gave Arc Warlock the exact same treatment they gave solar titan - rebooted greatest hits + new sliding giant melee. Everyone stood in applause for titan, but seethes about Warlock? What? My brothers in christ you havent even used the kit.

Because the kit is shít. Anyone with eyes can read it and understand that warlocks got absolutely dícked.

imma take a page out of what warlocks said to hunters before void 3.0 *ahem*....... "it isn't even out yet, don't judge it before you try it"......... might not be the exact wording they used but the feeling is there.

Granted, hunters complain about anything as it is. Also based on what happened to solar, I'm very confident that Bungie has made sure to make arc 3.0 as underwhelming for warlocks as possible.

Dude, Arc Warlock has some really great stuff already its just in three seperate trees. Together, idk man, just sounds extremely satisfying plus the boosted abilities when amplified make me not laugh Ball Lightning into memeland. All I'm saying is everyone's kneejerk reaction to the words on paper is odd considering how little work arc warlock really actually needed. Give it a shot. And if I hate it by the end of week 1 I will come back to this post and let you say "I told you so".

As a pessimist, I can't see a good outcome here, but I'll humor it and reserve judgment for when it comes out. If I come to enjoy it, or it's not complete garbage, I'll come back and say you told me so.

There's another Toast-themed person on these godforsaken forums thats like an ultra optimist about the changes. You two should fusion-dance into mega toast with a perfectly balanced outlook that cant sway either way. Truly a force to be reckoned with.
