Im unable to unklink a steam acount that i do not have any more
I had my stream account attached to this bungie account but now I do not have access to my steam account to authenticate what do I do

You will have to work with steam to regain access to the account if you wish to unlink it. Bungie will not and cannot authenticate an account for you.
