The fact they’ve got a TWAB with a section purely dedicated to worshiping Hunters shows how misaligned the developers are with what they SHOULD be doing when it comes to content.
Biased developers make for bad balance design, as has been shown.

Hahaha os, child of god only two supers that can survive tether, broken melee on both the Warlock and the Titan, ya the love the hunters nerf their movement but change nothing with titan and Warlock the winter wizard 😄

Add in. They ALWAYS address hunters first. Ever noticed? When ever they talk of the classes they almost ALWAYS say Hunters first, warlocks 2nd, Titans last.

To me it sounds more like they were acknowledging the fact that the hunters, far and away, had the WORST arc subclass, and it was desperately in need of serious tuning. That being why they said "let's get the big thing out of the way," because for hunters the arc rework was the most anticipated one. We've been wanting arcstrider buffs for a LONG time now.

Going further with that, hunters also only had one Arc super, so that was a huge elephant that they needed to address.

Titans probably will get it first, seeing how stacked they are on paper. My guess is Juggernaut is going to be the main concern, as it was multiple times in D1.
