Honestly I would scrap most of it. I would change it to where everyone uses the same weapons. Meaning you can choose the type like hand cannon, pulse rifle, what not. But the perks are static for that particular type. So if you and someone on the other team pick a scout rifle, they are identical.

I agree. Also no stats on armor. No one has an advantage. Everyone has the same base stats on armor. Disable artifact mods in PvP.

Basically Halo slayer with no weapon or ability pickups. That would be very fun and interesting to play if it was brought to Destiny.
