It already has infinite hold time, perfect draw with every shot, and a hidden 30ms draw time buff.
Adding even one of your suggestions would make Oathkeepers way too powerful. Especially when paired with Le Monarque.

Even with the buffs it has it recieves little practical usage by players, I think it needs another buff to make it competitive and viable as a lot of players can do the drawback cancel that can basically keep your bow fully drawn always even without oathkeeper so it needs another perk besides holding infinitely the 30ms bonus is almost negligible

How about perfect draw precision hit had a minor knockback effect. Let’s say .5-1 meter. Maybe even add extra flinch to perfect draw precision hits. And in pve it would have a increase chance to stagger a enemy. Now, only one of these effects and not both.
