Personally I think it should get a drop chance from trials wins or iron banner wins as well.
I've been chasing this catalyst for years, I believe you only have like a 5% chance at fabled and a 50% at legend.

Its maddening. Having to sweat every game like im playing for money. Add the damn catalyst to crucible as a whole.
