I don't understand your complaint.
Your blink is getting buffed and you're annoyed, am I correct in my assumption??
I mean, they coulda just left it as is and then you mighta had something to complain about. Would you prefer that??

They mean it like blink had been in need of a buff for a long time but it's only happening because the hunters are getting it. Basically Bungie wouldn't have done anything with it if it were still going to be warlock exclusive
