Sorry no.
You need the licences for the base game which in your case was on the disc.
To get the digital license you will have to buy it again off your console's store.
Ps. All digital codes for D1 have long since expired and are useless.

I'm in the same boat, it's a rip off. 60 bucks for something I already own just because I can't use a disc. Bungie should at least make the base game available for stand alone purchase for this reason. They have fallen pretty far since their beginning. The Halo Combat Evolved days were wonderful. Now they are just money grabbers with this new season stuff on Destiny 2. But I suppose that's gaming in 2022.
