If it is an exotic then that is fine. I just thought it makes sense and would also give hunters a desired support super for high end content. I know the tether somewhat helps the team but its lacking as every season we get some sort of debuff mod slot which outperforms the tether by a mile. Not does it stack with many other debuffs.
