Hi there,
Proactive Assassins cowl user here; The lucent hive ghost crushes are not considered finishers by the game and as such will not proc Vanishing execution upon completing the action.

If that's the case, then Echo of Obscurity should also not function with Hive Ghost crushes, but it does.

It seems you got the smoking gun there (nice catch), either Cowl is bugged for not activating invisibility or the echo shouldn't be working on hive ghost kills.

I think it has something to do with the description. The fragment says "Finisher final blows" and as Exotic says "Finishers and final blows against more powerful [u]targets[/u]" Of course, it could still be a bug, but so far the description has always indicated whether it counts or not The Fragment just says "Finisher Final Blows" and the Exotic says "agains targets" Just a guess on my part
