Giving it Chain Reaction would be hilarious. Alternatively, giving it the old D1 perk Maverick would also be nice (precision kills returned a bullet back into the mag from reserves).

By it do you mean Ace & Maverick? Maverick was a cool perk, but Memento Mori is just plain better. It's basically comparing 6x Kill Clip vs. Subsistence Lite. Actually, now that I think about it, Subsistence is just a better Maverick because it doesn't have the precision requirement and (generally) reloads more ammo at once.
