It's like some form of madness or paradox how can you get a day one team to do a raid if they ask you to have previous day ones but have not gotten one because you keep getting into bad teams because the best teams that you try to get all ask for day ones. So, since you cannot achieve the unachievable with a C tier or B tier team you can't get into any other good teams for any other day ones it's an absolute paradox of madness.
Indeed, The 'good' players won't play with you, yet you don't want to play with the 'bad' players(C tier or B tier) Are you part of the problem you're describing?

 • Oh no I think that how day ones should work is there should be a balance out of players, btw I never said they were bad that's you saying it not me. I believe that no player is bad a player is as good as its team if your team all falls apart then you can't do anything you always have your leaders you'll always have your followers so when everyone is a follower in a raid team nothing is going to get done that's what I call the C tier and B tier teams everyone has to play the part in the raid everyone has to know how to do the job so when everyone looks around at each other to figure out what to do and who should do it that is what makes raids especially on day one difficult that's why we should have a balancing out system or at least some form of system that makes elitist players not pick and choose the best players like it's some dodgeball game at a high school
