For record, Operation Caliente is OK. Still have issue with Gravity Axle because the deadline is over

If you're referring to the Gravity Axle emblem, that was available from Bungie Rewards until August 16.

That's why I initially asked why I couldn't unlock it. And now, with the end of the deadline, I not having the opportunity to recover a reward because of a bug. So, yes, now the deadline is over, but it doesn't explain to me why I couldn't get it back before. Soo, can you do something for this ? To be honest, i'm not necessarily a big fan of the idea of not having been entitled to a reward (even before August 16) because of a an issue.. PS : Thank for taking time to answer me, it's really nice.

Alright...I admit I don't understand why it's impossible considering it was done for "Operation Caliente" but I guess there's a reason. In this case, thank you anyway for trying to help me, sad that this bug is not fixed but I can understand. Good end of the day and maybe see you next time if a new bug affects me again. Ps : Just to be sure, does that mean I can give up on having my emblem permanently? Even if I have nevertheless done everything necessary and it is a concern on your side that prevents me from having it?
