Yes , control is usually over in the first few minutes. Players go down by 20 in the first few minutes and they just leave. My last time playing was a nonstop blowout in the first few minutes and multiple players leaving and coming, every single match

Im so tired of loading into a map the either ends as I load or is 15 to 60 and you hear thats enough Im ending this. I hate having my time wasted with either no result or impossible come back.
