Niiiiice. Sometimes I miss using paper n pen, other times I like to abuse my ability to turn back time with my iPad.
Trying to not get perfection, I feel that. I literally have to think of Bob Ross whenever something is not perfect, "happy little accidents." And maybe even use that mistake/imperfection to add to the sketch/drawing.
Looks kinna Nier-ish and dystopiany and I LOVE the pen marks around the light sources and the frizzly borders.
I should try that sometime.
And the grass and tree, oh I don't think I'd have the patience!
Awesome work! It looks so cool!
oh gosh I realize I haven't updated the Weeb Art gallery in a while ._.
I also wouldn’t have run out of ink in my brush tip. But I also really like the feel of paper… one of the things I like about these drawings is seeing the texture of my brush tip in the background. If you look close, you can see some of his insides/missing plates (he’s a mechanical little guy). I’ve never drawn anything mechanical—it was all just loosely following a reference and guessing. It’s not perfect but I feel in the end it adds to the style.
And hahaha I could hide my lack of creativity for mechanical stuff with vague shadows hahahaha

oh gosh I realize I haven't updated the Weeb Art gallery in a while ._.

Update dat weeb art mah dood! I suppose I'll post one today, I just gotta find something. Either one of the new pieces, or an old one I forgot. I think I'll post an oil paint today and save the fresh stuff for a later time. Like tomorrow, or 6 hours later.
